The individual will oversee performance across a mission-focused program encompassing platform operations, technical support, analytics, stakeholder engagement, training, program management, and continuous improvement.\nThe successful candidate will bring significant Federal IT program management experience and the ability to manage performance, schedules, risks, reporting, stakeholders, personnel, and deliverables in a dynamic interagency environment.\nThis position is hybrid in Arlington, Virginia.\nNote: By applying to this position, you acknowledge and consent to having your resume included in an active competitive Government contract bid. \nDuties & Responsibilities\nThe Senior Information Technology Project Manager will:\nProvide overall direction to Contractor personnel performing work under the Task Order. \nServe as the single point of contact to the CO and COR. \nLead overall task order management and maintain schedule and quality across services and products. \nEstablish and maintain the Contractor Project Management Plan, including organizational structure, staffing, schedules, management controls, risk management, quality assurance, communications, deliverable management, subcontractor management, surge support, and issue escalation. \nManage program risks, dependencies, staffing, sequencing, schedules, and execution strategies. \nCoordinate program activities and stakeholder engagement across Federal and interagency environments. \nOversee performance reporting and prepare required weekly status reports, Monthly Status Reports, Program Management Reviews, and other required reporting. \nSupport Agile, hybrid, and/or iterative delivery approaches across the program. \nMonitor performance, technical progress, schedule status, issues, risks, recommendations, and upcoming priorities. \nSupport platform availability, operational performance, incident handling, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities. \nCoordinate with DHS organizations, including the HSIN Program Management Office, as required. \nMaintain effective communication with Government leadership and respond to technical and operational issues. \nBe available to the COR via telephone between 0700 and 1800 EST, Monday through Friday, and respond to requests for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 24 hours of notification. \nQualifications\nClearance Requirement\nSecret \nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. \nExperience\nMinimum of eight years of directly related professional experience \nMinimum of four years managing Federal IT or platform-based programs of similar size, scope, and complexity \nCertifications\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred \nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)\nFederal contract and program management \nStakeholder engagement across interagency environments \nAgile, hybrid, and/or iterative delivery methodologies \nRisk management, performance tracking, and reporting \nOur Equal Employment Opportunity Policy\nEEO and Affirmative Action Policy: DecisionPoint Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
