These roles define page templates, component libraries, interaction patterns, checklists, forms, product catalog UI, and secure SSO user flows across enterprise applications.\nThe UI / Interaction Designers build rapid prototypes, iterate designs with UX researchers and stakeholders, translate user research insights into interface requirements, and ensure consistent adherence to design systems and accessibility standards.\nThese positions are fully remote. \nDuties & Responsibilities\nThe UI / Interaction Designer will:\nDevelop page templates, interactive components, and reusable design patterns aligned with enterprise design systems. \nOwn and maintain component libraries, style guides, pattern libraries, and interaction specifications. \nDesign and refine user flows for secure SSO, onboarding, forms, checklists, product catalogs, and task workflows. \nBuild rapid prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups to validate concepts and collect stakeholder feedback. \nCollaborate with UX researchers to translate behavioral insights and user findings into interface designs. \nConduct usability evaluations and iterate based on design principles, feedback, and accessibility requirements. \nEnsure UI designs are consistent, responsive, accessible (Section 508 compliant), and aligned with branding. \nWork with front-end developers to translate designs into functional components. \nDocument interaction rules, annotations, states, behaviors, and edge cases for developer consumption. \nParticipate in design reviews, working sessions, and sprint ceremonies. \nSupport continuous improvement of enterprise design systems and pattern libraries. \nQualifications\nClearance Requirement\nCandidate must possess an active Secret clearance or higher.\nEducation (Required)\nBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Digital Media, Visual Communications, or a related discipline.\nExperience (Required)\nMinimum 5 years of experience in UI design, interaction design, or digital product design. \nExperience creating templates, component libraries, and interaction patterns. \nExperience designing forms, workflows, user journeys, and secure login/SSO experiences. \nExperience building prototypes and iterating based on usability and stakeholder feedback. \nTechnical Knowledge (Required)\nProficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, or similar. \nUnderstanding of responsive design, UI heuristics, and interaction design principles. \nFamiliarity with accessibility and Section 508 requirements. \nTechnical Knowledge (Preferred)\nExperience with enterprise design systems or design ops. \nBasic understanding of front-end implementation (HTML, CSS, JS). \nCertifications\nPreferred:\nUX certification (Nielsen Norman, HFI, or similar) \nHuman-centered design or usability certifications \nSkills\nStrong visual communication and interaction design abilities. \nExcellent collaboration skills with UX, developers, and stakeholders. \nHigh attention to detail and consistency across design artifacts. \nAbility to translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences. \nStrong ability to adapt designs based on feedback and research insights.\nOur Equal Employment Opportunity Policy\nEEO and Affirmative Action Policy: DecisionPoint Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
