You will play a key role in supporting both local leadership and headquarters by delivering accurate financial information, coordinating with external advisors, and helping maintain efficient financial and administrative processes.\nYou'll partner closely with Finance, Human Resources, headquarters, external accountants, auditors, banks, and government entities to ensure the business operates in a compliant, organized, and financially sound manner.\nThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with financial data, takes ownership of complex operational processes, and consistently delivers accurate, high-quality work.\nWhat You’ll Own\nMaintain accurate accounting records and prepare monthly accounting information using QuickBooks or other designated accounting systems. \nSupport monthly and annual accounting closing activities and coordinate with external accounting providers. \nProcess and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and general ledger accounts. \nPrepare monthly expense reports, cash movement reports, reconciliations, and supporting financial analyses. \nEnsure payroll records and supporting documentation remain complete and compliant with local labor regulations. \nCoordinate payments to suppliers and monitor recurring operational commitments. \nSupport cash flow planning by preparing funding estimates and coordinating operational funding needs with headquarters. \nPrepare and coordinate financial, accounting, payroll, and compliance information requested by headquarters. \nSupport monthly and annual tax reporting by coordinating information with external accountants and tax advisors. \nMaintain compliance with local accounting, tax, labor, and corporate regulations. \nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. \n3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or financial operations. \nStrong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes. \nExperience preparing payroll and administering employee-related payments. \nKnowledge of localBoliviatax regulations, labor laws, and statutory compliance requirements. \nExperience using accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar ERP systems. \nProficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet tools. \nExcellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. \nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and international teams. \nHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling financial and employee information. \nBonus Points\nExperience supporting multinational or SaaS organizations. \nExperience working with external accounting firms, auditors, and tax advisors. \nFamiliarity with intercompany accounting and multinational financial operations. \nExperience preparing documentation for financial statements, audits, and regulatory
