This role serves as a front-line IT operations contributor, responsible for ownership of day-to-day system administration tasks, end-user support, and infrastructure.\nSystems Administrators are communicate effectively with employees across departments and seniority levels.\nWhat You’ll Own\nProvide Reliable, Secure Technology for Employees o Maintain the office and remote networking connectivity within ≥ 99.5% uptime \nMonitor and respond to system alerts and user-reported incidents \nInvestigate and document incident related root cause analyses \nEscalate complex or systemic issues appropriately \nSupport scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and patching activities \nMaintain endpoint, server, and SaaS systems o Assist with procurement, setup, deployment, and retrieval of equipment \nMaintain accurate asset inventory records and conduct periodic inventory audits o Support hardware refresh, disposal, and secure decommissioning\n\nDeliver High Quality Employee Support (ITSM) \nRespond to IT service requests and incidents via ticketing system \nMeet or exceed defined SLA response and resolution targets \nTroubleshoot hardware, operating systems, applications, and connectivity issues \nProvide clear instructions and compassionate support to all users \nIdentify recurring issues and propose preventative improvements \nChampion safe AI experimentation and hardening, both in IT and throughout the company\n\nSecure Access, Identity, and Endpoint Management \nPerform user onboarding/offboarding tasks following documented procedures \nManage user access in accordance with least-privilege principles \nAssist with: \nMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD) / Active Directory \nEmail, collaboration, and SaaS access \n\nSupport device provisioning, encryption, patching, and asset tracking \nVerify compliance with security baselines and company policies \n\nProvide Corporate IT Documentation and Knowledge Sharing \nMaintain and update internal IT documentation (ex: runbooks, SOPs, Sharepoint files) \nCreate and refine end-user self-service articles and troubleshooting guides \nContribute to standardized onboarding and support processes \nFollow change and documentation standards\n\nWhat You Bring\nExperience with system installation, configuration, and analysis \nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude\nCustomer-service mindset \nOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbal \nAbility to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure \nProficiency in the English language \nProfessional discretion and data confidentiality awareness \nWork requires the ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds on a regular basis \nAssociates or BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred OR equivlent hands-on experience\nTechnical Skills\nMicrosoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, AD, EntraID) \nTCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN client support concepts \nScripting authoring and execution fundamentals (ex: Powershell, Bash, etc) \nREST integration concepts \nIdentity management and SSO support \nFamiliarity with SaaS administration concepts \nBasic
