You'll serve as the technical and operational leader for a global QA team, driving both manual and automated testing initiatives while partnering closely with Engineering, Product Management, Cloud Operations, Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions, Documentation, and Support teams.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on testing expertise with team leadership responsibilities. You'll be expected to mentor team members, improve testing processes, increase automation coverage, and ensure that every release delivers a high-quality experience for our customers.\nWhat You’ll Own\nLead the execution and continuous improvement of quality assurance processes across both manual and automation testing functions.\nMentor a team of QA Analysts and Automation Engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support.\nDefine testing strategies that ensure comprehensive coverage across platform features, integrations, APIs, and customer use cases.\nBuild and expand automated test coverage using technologies such as C#, Playwright, and other modern testing frameworks.\nReview test plans, testing approaches, and release readiness recommendations to ensure quality standards are consistently met.\nCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify risks early and implement preventative quality measures.\nMonitor quality metrics, defect trends, automation effectiveness, and release performance to drive continuous improvement.\nSupport multiple concurrent releases, balancing priorities, and ensuring testing activities are executed effectively.\nCommunicate quality risks, testing outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.\nHelp establish and maintain QA best practices, standards, documentation, and governance processes.\nInvestigate complex production issues and partner with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and preventative solutions.\nChampion a culture of quality, accountability, innovation, and customer-first thinking across the organization.\nWhat You Bring\n7-10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including significant exposure to both manual and automation testing.\nExperience mentoring QA teams and coordinating testing efforts across multiple projects.\nStrong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect lifecycle management, release processes, and quality engineering practices.\nExperience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.\nSolid programming experience in C#, .NET, or comparable technologies.\nStrong knowledge of web applications, APIs, enterprise software platforms, databases, and integration testing.\nExperience working in Agile software development environments and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an eye for both detail and overall product quality.\nAbility to prioritize competing demands while maintaining focus on business and customer outcomes.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nNatural coaching and leadership skills with a passion for developing others.\nCuriosity, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset.\nBonus Points\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\nExperience testing enterprise workflow, business process automation, or SaaS products.\nKnowledge of SQL, JavaScript, PowerShell, IIS, Active Directory, authentication protocols, and enterprise integrations.\nExperience working with containerized applications, Kubernetes, cloud environments, or microservices architectures.\nQA certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or similar.\nExperience building or modernizing enterprise-scale quality assurance programs.\nBenefits & Perks\nWe know people do their best work when they feel supported.
