As demand for implementations continues to grow, we are expanding our project management team and hiring an additional Technical Project Manager to support client delivery.\n\nThe Role\nThis is a client-facing implementation leadership role for a project manager who is comfortable operating in both structured and fast-moving environments.\nYou will lead the day-to-day execution of software implementations for enterprise and mid-market customers, guiding projects from requirements through build and deployment while maintaining strong alignment with client stakeholders and internal technical teams.\nThis role is ideal for a project manager who is confident managing scope, navigating ambiguity, and communicating professionally with senior stakeholders while keeping delivery teams focused and moving forward. You will partner closely with Professional Services POD leaders, aligning on delivery strategy and ensuring strong execution across your projects.\nWhat You’ll Lead\nImplementation & Delivery Leadership\nYou will drive the day-to-day execution of client implementations from kickoff through deployment.\nLead project planning, kickoff, and ongoing delivery execution\nDefine and manage scope, timeline, milestones, and deliverables\nTranslate requirements into actionable delivery plans with technical teams\nMaintain momentum by identifying risks early and driving resolution\nCoordinate internal and client resources to keep delivery on track\nEnsure projects remain aligned to contracted scope and agreed outcomes\nSupport structured requirements and solution planning phases\nLead iterative build and configuration cycles through deployment\nFacilitate backlog clarity, sprint planning, and milestone tracking\nDrive readiness for deployment and successful go-live execution\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nThis role requires strong professionalism and confidence working with external clients.\nServe as primary day-to-day contact for client delivery communication\nSet and maintain clear expectations around scope, timeline, and responsibilities\nCommunicate effectively with director- and executive-level stakeholders\nProvide clear status reporting, including risks and recommended actions\nNavigate scope changes and evolving requirements with structure and transparency\nBuild strong working relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries\nWhat We’re Looking For\nThe strongest candidates for this role:\n6+ years leading client-facing software or SaaS/PaaS implementations\nBPM implementation experience\nConfidence managing external client expectations and scope\nStrong executive-level communication and professionalism\nAbility to operate across both structured and agile delivery approaches\nOwnership mindset - focused on outcomes, not just coordination\nCalm, organized, and solutions-oriented under pressure\nAbility to build trust quickly with clients and technical teams\nHelpful experience:\nProfessional Services, consulting, or client delivery environments\nWorkflow automation, integration-heavy solutions, or process transformation\nPMP or similar certification\nWhy Join the Decisions Professional Services Team:\nHigh-impact, client-facing implementation work\nStrong partnership with experienced technical and delivery leaders\nFast-moving environment with meaningful ownership\nCompetitive salary and bonus structure\nA true seat at the table - our project managers play an active role in shaping delivery approach, improving processes, and influencing client outcomes.
