As an Assistant Store\nManager, you know how to effectively navigate a complex business to satisfy\ncustomers and develop team members while working under the pressure of\ncompeting business priorities.\nDescription\nAs an Assistant Store Manager, you work closely with the Store Manager to ensure\nthat the business is aligned with the interests of the company, its employees, and\nthe local community. In this role, you partner with the Store Manager to develop\nand engage team members and achieve budgeted revenue goals, while assisting in\nall aspects of the business. It’s your job to aid in the selecting of team members\nwho pursue passions that relate to the UGG brand and its products. You maintain\nhigh training standards and know how to motivate and inspire your team members\nto contribute to the productivity of the store, while being available to address and\nrespond to the needs of your customers and team members. Further, you\nunderstand that the needs of the business extend beyond the store’s four walls,\nwhich requires that you continually cultivate awareness of industry trends.\nAs an Assistant Store Manager, you aid in the day-to-day operations of the store\nincluding training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management,\nstore administration, and customer service.
