iterate and optimize strategies together with line manager based on real-time sales performance and market shifts.\nEstablish structured seasonal (SS/FW) tracking roadmaps; leverage differentiated product portfolios and targeted operational initiatives to expand brand reach and market penetration.\nConduct daily deep-dive data analysis covering core item sales, traffic composition, conversion rate, consumer behavior and paid media ROI to refine sales plans and dynamically adjust business tactics.\nOversee full-cycle planning execution, progress tracking and performance evaluation of TP monthly/quarterly/annual business plans to guarantee target attainment.\n20% TEAM COLLABORATION &COMMUNICATION\nAct as project leader to plan and launch key promotions including 618, D11 and D12, coordinating all internal stakeholders for end-to-end campaign delivery.\nCollaborate closely with TP teams to monitor and analyze real-time business data, formulate timely adjustment plans and secure full achievement of sales KPIs.\nSupport line manager in advancing strategic cooperation with JD platform, conduct commercial negotiations to secure premium platform traffic & activity resources, and drive rollout of brand IP events.\nDeliver standardized, accurate and timely business deliverables;
