New Store Opening Support\nLead VM execution for new/renovated stores:\nParticipate in floor plan planning and SKU capacity optimization\nReview fixture lists and track VM props logistics progress\nConduct on-site setup and staff training\n3. Other VM Support\nSupport VM leader on the order process, payment process accurately according to company requirements.\nSupport VM leader in planning and execution for Showroom setup/Tradeshow / Expo / Roadshow, etc;\n20% Improvement Plan & Tailored Training\n1. Problem Diagnosis & Improvement Solutions\nProduce monthly Regional VM Execution Report based on store VM check photos\nPropose display optimization solutions for special situations like SKP special assortment but still align with brand VM standards.\n2. Store Empowerment Implementation\nOrganize monthly regional training sessions (with store manager/ CVM assistant)\nProvide monthly remote/on-site guidance to problematic stores\n3.
