Because the more perspectives we share, the better we can be.\nThe Role:\nAs a Collections Analyst, you will play a key role in protecting cash flow, reducing overdue debt and delivering an outstanding customer financial services experience.\nManaging a portfolio of customer accounts across Spain and Portugal, you will drive timely collections, resolve payment disputes and build strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.\nWorking closely with Credit, Sales and Customer Service teams, you'll use data, insight and technology to improve payment performance while supporting business growth.\nYour Impact:\nManage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely payment collection and reducing overdue balances.\nBuild strong relationships with customers to resolve payment issues, negotiate solutions and support positive commercial outcomes.\nIdentify payment trends and potential risks, providing recommendations that support sound credit and collections decisions.\nWork collaboratively with Sales, Customer Service and Credit teams to resolve disputes and remove barriers to payment.\nSupport the adoption of digital tools and self-service platforms that enhance the customer experience and improve collections efficiency.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence and cash performance.\nWe celebrate diversity of your background, your experiences and your unique identity.
