Because the more perspectives we share, the better we can be.\nThe Role:\nAs the Retail Operations Project Manager, you will lead and deliver retail operations projects across the EMEA region, helping to ensure our stores are set up for success from day one. Working across new store openings, pop-ups, relocations, and operational improvement initiatives, you will partner with a wide range of stakeholders to drive projects from planning through to execution.\nYou'll act as a key point of coordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the high standards expected across our retail organisation. We're looking for a highly organised and collaborative project professional who enjoys building relationships, managing complexity, and driving results in a fast-paced retail environment.\nYour Impact:\nOwn the delivery of retail operations projects across the EMEA region, from planning through to launch and post-project review.\n\nDevelop project plans, critical paths, milestone trackers, dashboards, and communication tools that support successful execution.\n\nCollaborate with Retail Operations, Retail Expansion, Facilities, IT, Finance, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, People teams, and store leadership to align priorities and ensure operational readiness.\n\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with brand and operational standards.\n\nCare for stakeholder relationships by providing clear communication, managing expectations, and driving accountability across multiple workstreams.\n\nSupport new store openings, pop-ups, relocations, and change initiatives to create seamless experiences for store teams and customers.\n\nLead continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, enhancing project management processes, and sharing best practices across the business.\n\nWe celebrate diversity of your background, your experiences and your unique identity.
