We value your potential and your attitude as much as your current experience.\nWhat you'll do\nData Platform Leadership (~60%)\nOwn the availability, performance and security of our Microsoft SQL Server estate, both on-premises and in Azure\nLead the evolution of our data architecture and set technical standards and best practices\nOversee backup, recovery and disaster recovery strategies\nCoordinate 24/7 operational support and keep improving our data platforms\nIT Services Leadership (~40%)\nCoordinate operational priorities and activities across IT\nBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners\nContribute to digital transformation and Security & Risk Management initiatives\nHelp evolve IT Service Management practices and the Service Desk\nSupport vendor management, budget planning and continuous improvement programs\nPeople Leadership\nLead, coach and develop a team of 4 across two countries\nAlign technical teams with business needs\nCreate an environment of ownership, quality and continuous learning\nWhat you bring\nMust-haves\nStrong experience in Microsoft SQL Server administration\nSolid background in Data Platform operations, including business-critical environments\nHands-on knowledge of Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks\nExperience leading or coordinating teams, or a clear readiness to step into people leadership\nNice-to-haves\nIT Service Management (ITSM) or Service Desk experience\nExposure to other IT Operations domains\nProject management experience\nBackground in security and risk management\nWho you are\nFor us, behaviors matter as much as technical expertise.
