You will also be actively involved in international rollout activities, supporting deployments, go-lives, and hypercare phases while helping to shape the future roadmap of the platform.\nIf you enjoy solving business challenges through technology, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and continuously improving processes, we would love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDrive Business Evolution & Innovation\nPartner with Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT teams to optimize and streamline business processes.\n\nSupport the rollout of new Workday modules and capabilities.\n\nContribute to digital transformation initiatives, process harmonization, and automation programs.\n\nHelp identify opportunities to maximize business value through technology and process improvements.\n\nDeliver Functional Expertise & Continuous Improvement\nGather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective system solutions.\n\nSupport the design and implementation of system enhancements and process improvements.\n\nParticipate in solution validation to ensure alignment with business objectives.\n\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve user experience, system efficiency, and automation.\n\nMaintain clear and up-to-date functional documentation and process records.\n\nSupport Testing & Change Adoption\nPrepare and execute functional testing activities.\n\nCoordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.\n\nValidate system changes and ensure successful release outcomes.\n\nContribute to change management initiatives that enhance user adoption and engagement.\n\nBe Part of a Global Workday Rollout\nSupport cutover planning and deployment activities across multiple countries.\n\nParticipate in go-live and hypercare support, ensuring a smooth transition for users.\n\nMonitor, track, and resolve deployment-related issues.\n\nWork closely with local teams to ensure successful adoption of the new platform.\n\nProvide Expert User Support\nDeliver second-line functional support for Workday users across Finance, Procurement, and HR.\n\nInvestigate recurring issues, identify root causes, and drive sustainable solutions.\n\nEscalate complex issues when required while ensuring effective resolution.\n\nEmpower users through guidance, troubleshooting, and knowledge-sharing.\n\nContribute to user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Experience & Skills\n3 to 5 years of experience supporting ERP implementations, rollouts, cutover activities, or hypercare phases within solutions such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or similar platforms.\n\nStrong understanding of Finance and Procurement business processes.\n\nExperience with incident management, change management, and issue resolution tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent.\n\nKnowledge of functional configuration, testing methodologies, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into practical and scalable system solutions.\n\nFluent Portuguese and professional proficiency in English.\n\nExperience working within international and cross-functional environments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious Workday experience is highly valued.\n\nDegree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\nWhat Makes You Successful\nCustomer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\n\nOwnership, accountability, and a results-driven attitude.\n\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.\n\nAdaptability and resilience in fast-paced, evolving environments.\n\nCuriosity, continuous learning mindset, and enthusiasm for improvement and innovation.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is more than a support role.
