Execute all actions in conjunction with company safety guidelines.\nComplete forklift daily checklist and communicate any maintenance needs to supervisor.\nSuccessfully complete DecoPac Forklift training program and 90-day/720-hour evaluation.\nEnsure safety and quality through Good Distribution Practices that include maintaining cleanliness and prevent contamination while handling/packing food and food contact products.\nReport food safety concerns to Warehouse Management, SQF Practitioner or HR.
