This responsibility includes ensuring efficiency as well as accuracy with inventory control.\nResponsibilities:\nShipping Lucks finished goods to customers, including palletizing, wrapping & staging materials as well as picking & packing orders.\nReceive and put away all incoming shipments, adhering to HACCAP standards and food safety compliance.\nSafely operate forklift, pallet jacks, order picker and other equipment for material movement, while maintaining up-to-date certifications/licenses. \nPrep and stage materials for production.\nPrioritize attention to detail & understanding of lot number tracking associated with expiration dates.\nObserve, record & report inventory levels to prevent product shortages & expiration.\nPerform Cycle Counts when necessary.\nWarehouse sanitation, per BRC required practices.\nUse and understand Personal Protective Equipment in a safe manner.\nReport all food and personnel safety concerns to Warehouse Management.\nPerform administrative duties in MRP system, ensuring timely updates and accurate data input into the system.\nDocument all incoming and outgoing deliveries per company requirements.\nFollow company policies and safety guidelines.\nAchieve individual performance standards alongside continuous process improvement.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nQualifications (Education/Experience):\nMust be at least 18 years of age. \nHigh school diploma, GED or equivalent.\nAbility to work flexible schedule with occasional overtime and/or weekend hours. \nPrior warehouse experience desired. \nAbility to lift, push/pull up to 40 lbs., bend, stoop, or reach above the shoulders and below the knees in a fast-paced environment.\nAdaptive and flexible to change.\nProficient computer skills to include warehouse specific software.\nExceptional time management, organization, problem solving and decision-making skills. \nEffective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening.\nStrong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.\nAbility to develop and maintain working relationships with diverse groups of co-workers and supervisors. \nStrong attention to detail. \nAll full time employees working an average of thirty (30) hours or more will be eligible to enroll in a comprehensive benefit package.\nDecoPac, Inc. is committed to providing equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees according to all applicable laws, directives and regulations of federal, state, and local governing bodies and agencies.
