This role performs routine and emergency maintenance services across properties, ensuring a consistent standard of quality, safety, and resident satisfaction. \nEssential Duties and Responsibilities \nPerform maintenance and repairs across multiple residential communities \nRespond to service requests and complete work orders for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances \nConduct preventative maintenance inspections and repairs at assigned sites \nCoordinate with on-site teams to prioritize maintenance needs \nAssist with apartment turnover processes, including painting, cleaning, and repairs \nMaintain accurate documentation of work performed and travel between sites \nOperate tools and equipment safely and in accordance with company policies \nElect to participate in the voluntary Opt-In Emergency Call Assistance Program \nTravel between communities using a personal vehicle or transportation \nNon-Essential Duties \nProvide support during property inspections and audits \nAssist with grounds maintenance and common area upkeep as needed \nOffer temporary coverage at sites with limited staffing \nOther duties as assigned \nRequired Qualifications \nHigh school diploma or equivalent \n2+ years of maintenance experience in residential, hospitality, or commercial settings \nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances \nExcellent time management and communication skills \nAbility to work independently across multiple locations \nProficient in using mobile maintenance software and tools \nValid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation \nAbility to work flexible hours including weekends \nAbility to communicate effectively with team members \nPreferred Qualifications \nTrade certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing \nPrior experience with multi-site maintenance operations \nOSHA safety certification \nWork Environment and Physical Requirements \nFrequently work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions \nRoutinely climbs ladders, works in tight spaces, and operates hand and power tools \nRegularly lifts or moves objects up to 50 pounds \nTravels daily between different apartment communities \nUses personal protective equipment (PPE) as required \nCompany Values \nAll team members are expected to uphold and model our core values: \nIntegrity – We do what’s right, even when no one is watching. \nCommunity – We foster collaboration and connection with those we serve. \nJoy – We bring positivity and appreciation to our work. \nPride – We take ownership and celebrate a job well done. \nPersonal Responsibility – We hold ourselves accountable to commitments and results. \nContinuous Improvement – We embrace feedback, learning, and innovation. \nEqual Opportunity Statement \nDecron Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
