Lead Go To Market

Your Tasks

• Own the go-to-market strategy for our digital services: how we acquire, convert, and expand customers, including the metrics that tell us it's working
• Orchestrate the cross-functional engagement between Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success into one operating rhythm, with clear stages, owners, and handoffs
• Sharpen who we sell to and why we win: segmentation, positioning, and messaging grounded in field evidence rather than opinion
• Design and run growth experiments across the funnel (campaigns, packaging, onboarding, expansion plays) scaling what works and killing what doesn't, fast
• Lead the transition from sales-led growth to product-led sales: instrument the funnel, define activation and product-qualified signals, and build the self-serve motions that come with critical mass
• Turn product launches into pipeline: coordinated releases where product, marketing, and sales move as one
• Carry field insight back into product, pricing, and packaging decisions, and carry strategy back out to the teams executing it
• Use AI and automation to multiply your reach in targeting, content, analysis, and the GTM operating system itself

Your Skills

• 10+ years in product marketing, growth, or go-to-market roles in tech or SaaS, with ownership of strategy and execution
• A track record of moving acquisition, conversion, or expansion numbers you were personally accountable for
• Experience with both sales-led and product-led motions, ideally having lived the transition between them
• Proven cross-functional leadership: you align product, marketing, sales, and customer success without relying on positional authority
• An experiment-driven working style: clear hypotheses, honest instrumentation, fast decisions
• Comfort using AI tools in your own work, with a sense for where they add real leverage
• Excellent communication skills in English

• A background in science, R&D, higher education, or industrial research, or experience selling into these environments
• Experience in scientific software, developer tools, or another vertical SaaS serving deeply technical buyers
• Experience having applied AI in a growth, marketing, or product context
