Per rafforzare il nostro team Marketing & Sales, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Junior Lead Generation Specialist che supporti l’identificazione, l’acquisizione e la prima qualificazione di nuovi contatti commerciali. La persona opererà sui canali inbound e outbound, contribuendo alla generazione e alla gestione dei lead attraverso attività di prospecting, arricchimento e verifica dei dati, gestione delle liste, outreach multicanale e follow-up, secondo processi e playbook definiti. Curerà l’aggiornamento puntuale del CRM e la completezza delle informazioni raccolte, contribuendo alla trasformazione dei contatti in opportunità lavorabili dal team Sales. Monitorerà inoltre i principali indicatori di volume, qualità e conversione, assicurando precisione e tempestività nel passaggio dei lead.
