You will translate business and clinical needs into clear requirements and lead - hands-on - the testing effort that ensures those requirements are correctly and safely implemented. You will act as an on-site proxy team lead for both development and testing on your domain, working closely with Product Management, the Technical Lead, and the wider amPHI team.\nYou will:\nRequirements & Product Ownership\nGather, clarify, and document business and clinical requirements for your domain\nTranslate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria\nOwn and prioritize the backlog for your domain in collaboration with Product Management\nAct as the primary point of contact for domain-related questions from development and test teams\nSupport sprint planning, refinement, and release scope decisions\nTest Strategy & Execution\nDefine and maintain the test strategy and test plans for your domain\nDesign and execute manual and (where applicable) automated test cases\nLead defect triage and ensure timely resolution before release\nEnsure test coverage addresses functional, regulatory, and patient-safety requirements\nDrive continuous improvement of test processes and tooling\nDomain & Team Leadership\nAct as on-site proxy team lead for development and testing activities on your domain\nCoordinate day-to-day activities of testers and developers working on the domain\nEnsure alignment between requirements, implementation, and test coverage\nReport on domain quality, risk, and readiness to Product Management and the Technical Lead\nCompliance & Governance\nEnsure requirements and testing comply with healthcare regulations (including MDR) and data protection standards\nMaintain traceability between requirements, implementation, and test evidence\nParticipate in release readiness and quality governance reviews\nTechnology environment\namPHI platform (Microsoft .NET / C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor)\nTest management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or equivalent)\nSQL Server (for data validation and test support)\nAgile product development tooling and practices\nWork Environment\nLocated in Bosnia and Herzegovina\nAbility to work remotely from a suitable environment when necessary\nTake the next step towards your dream career\nAt Dedalus Life flows through our software.
