The Delivery Lead works closely with the Support Team Lead, Project Managers, Product Managementand Sales.\nYou will be in charge of:\n1)Team leadership\nCoordinate team activities, workload and priorities across the Belgian portfolio.\nListen to team members, take their feedback seriously and communicate decisions clearly.\nMaintain a regular presence with the team, meeting each team member in person at least once a week.\nEncourage collaboration, knowledge sharing and development.\n2)Customerdeliveryand service\nFollow up on projects, implementations, upgrades and ongoing services.\nMonitor delivery commitments, risks, incidents and escalations.\nCoordinate the right people to resolve issues and keep customers informed.\nBuild strong customer relationships through regular contact and presence in the field.\nEnsure a smooth handover from projects to Support.\n3)Product andtechnicalcoordination\nWork with Product and technical teams to understand customer needs and delivery requirements.\nSupport the introduction of new products and capabilities in Belgium.\nEnsure teams have the knowledge and resources needed to deliver and support the solutions.\nContribute delivery and service expertise to tenders and proposals.\n4)Business andfinancialfollow-up\nMonitor delivery-related revenues, costs and financial performance.\nFollow up on project and service invoicing, ensuring that completed work can be billed on time.\nIdentify revenue opportunities and financial risks in collaboration with Sales and regional management.\nTake the next step towards your dream career\nAt Dedalus Life flows through our software. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:\nEssential Requirements\nA Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, master's degree preferred \nBackgroundin healthcare IT is mandatory.\nITIL certification is desirable\nExperience in delivery, service or project management.\nStrong leadership and listening skills, with a practical and customer-focused approach.\nGood understanding of technical solutions and healthcare integrations.\nInterest in revenues and financial performance, with the ability to follow budgets, costs and invoicing.\nAbility to coordinate teams and stakeholders across different products and countries.\nFluent in at least two of the following languages:French, Dutch and English.
