You will own day-to-day technical direction, coordinate sprint execution with the Product Owner, and act as the primary technical escalation point for the Bosnia and Herzegovina team. You will balance hands-on contribution with leadership, mentoring Senior and Technical Engineers while maintaining close alignment with Denmark-based Product Management and Architecture.\nYou will:\nTechnical Leadership\nLead day-to-day technical direction for the Bosnia and Herzegovina engineering team\nOwn code quality, architecture alignment, and technical standards for the team\nAct as the primary technical escalation point for the Bosnia and Herzegovina team\nPartner with the DevOps Engineer and Test Lead on release readiness\nDelivery Coordination\nCoordinate sprint execution and delivery commitments with the Product Owner\nSupport estimation, planning, and prioritization decisions\nReport on technical progress, risks, and quality to stakeholders\nMentoring & Team Growth\nMentor and support the growth of Senior and Technical Engineers\nSupport onboarding of new engineers to the codebase and domain\nFoster a collaborative, high-quality engineering culture\nHands-On Contribution\nContribute hands-on to complex development tasks and architecture decisions\nParticipate in code reviews and pair on challenging technical problems\nSupport production troubleshooting as needed\nTechnology environment\nMicrosoft .NET / C#, ASP.NET Core / REST APIs\nBlazor (Server and/or WebAssembly)\nSQL Server and database design\nMicrosoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS)\nCI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or equivalent)\nDistributed/offshore team delivery practices\nWork Environment\nLocated in Bosnia and Herzegovina\nAbility to work remotely from a suitable environment when necessary\nTake the next step towards your dream career\nAt Dedalus Life flows through our software.
