Working closely with the Engineering Lead, Product Owner, and fellow engineers, you will deliver robust, secure, and maintainable .NET code while contributing to technical design decisions. You will be a hands-on senior contributor who raises the engineering bar for the team through the quality of your own work and the guidance you give to less experienced colleagues.\nYou will be working on the following:\nSoftware Development\nDesign and implement features across the amPHI .NET platform (backend services, APIs, UI components)\nWrite clean, secure, well-tested, and maintainable code\nParticipate in sprint planning, estimation, and backlog refinement\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including production incidents\nArchitecture & Design\nContribute to architecture and technical design decisions\nPropose sound implementation approaches and evaluate trade-offs\nIdentify technical debt and propose remediation within delivery cycles\nQuality & Mentoring\nConduct code reviews and enforce coding standards\nMentor less experienced engineers on code quality, design, and problem-solving\nSupport test automation and CI/CD practices for the components you own\nCollaboration\nCollaborate with the Product Owner and Test/QA on requirements and acceptance criteria\nWork closely with the Engineering Lead and DevOps on release readiness\nEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations, security, and data protection standards\nTechnology environment\nMicrosoft .NET / C#\nASP.NET Core / REST APIs\nBlazor (Server and/or WebAssembly)\nSQL Server and database design\nMicrosoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS)\nCI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or equivalent)\nWork Environment\nLocated in Bosnia and Herzegovina\nAbility to work remotely from a suitable environment when necessary\nTake the next step towards your dream career\nAt Dedalus Life flows through our software.
