Depending on organizational needs and the candidate's experience and interest, the role may also include selected Team Lead activities.\nThe core role combines:\nTechnical Leadership & Architecture\nDelivery Planning & Technical Coordination\nHands-On Development\nOptional Team Lead Activities, where agreed\nYou will be in charge of:\n1) Technical Leadership\nOwn technical direction and architecture decisions for the LABKA II platform (Java)\nSet and enforce coding standards, technical best practices, and code review discipline\nIdentify technical debt and drive remediation within delivery cycles\nAct as the primary technical point of contact for Product Management, Architecture, and Support\n2) Optional Team Lead Activities\nWhere agreed, support selected people-leadership activities such as mentoring, development conversations, and hiring input\nHelp foster a collaborative, high-quality engineering culture within the team\nSupport onboarding of new engineers to the codebase and domain\nIf assigned, assist with day-to-day work allocation and team coordination\n3) Delivery & Coordination\nDrive sprint and release planning in coordination with Product Management and QA\nReport on technical progress, risks, and quality to stakeholders\n4) Hands-On Contribution\nContribute hands-on to complex development tasks and production troubleshooting\nParticipate in code reviews and pair on challenging technical problems\nStay close enough to the codebase to make credible architecture and prioritization calls\nTake the next step towards your dream career\nAt Dedalus Life flows through our software.
