It runs on self-managed infrastructure across two datacenters, with a mix of long-lived legacy components and an active modernization program. \n\nEngagement: full-time (ideally) or part-time (20+ hours/week).\n\nLocation: UA/EU, remote.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n5+ years of experience as a SysOps Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer (or similar role).\n\nStrong expertise with OS: FreeBSD (preferred), Linux (Debian, Ubuntu), Jail, Docker, and ZFS optimization.\n\nDatabase experience: MariaDB/MySQL with master-master, master-slave replication, MyISAM, InnoDB, GTID.\n\nExperience with Redis & Sentinel: setup, replication, and failover strategies.\n\nExperience with Web-servers: Caddy, Lighttpd, Nginx.\n\nKnowledge of ElasticSearch high-load clusters (replication, scaling, performance tuning).\n\nExperience with Cloudflare (DNS management, caching, security configurations).\n\nExperience with Supervisord, Beanstalkd, RabbitMQ.\n\nNetworking & security expertise: Strong understanding of network protocols, packet filtering (iptables, ipfw, pf).\n\nProficiency in scripting & automation: Bash, Python, PHP (or similar).\n\nExperience with PowerDNS and DNS management strategies.\n\nEnglish - B2 and higher (for effective communication with stakeholders).\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nMaintain, manage, and improve the existing infrastructure and platform.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues with critical platform components (ElasticSearch, Redis, FreeBSD, database replication, etc.).\n\nMaintain and update incident runbooks for the on-call teams.\n\nAutomate system tasks and reduce manual repetitive work.\n\nDocument and optimize deployment processes.\n\nWork on high-availability solutions for branded domains, database failover, and scaling improvements.\n\nWill Be a Plus:\n\nExperience with high-load multi-source database replication, Orchestrator, and ProxySQL.\n\nKnowledge of high-load infrastructure solutions and best practices.\n\nWhat we
