The role leads technical staff to deliver reliable, customer-focused end-user technology services across the department, applying ITIL best-practice methodology to support consistent service delivery, effective lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.\n\nSpecialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications\n\nHighly desirable \n\nDemonstrated Technical End User Support experience. \n\nFormal qualification in IT Service Delivery - ITIL V4 Foundation, degree in Information Technology is desirable. \n\nUse of ServiceNow Management Tool. \n\nExperience working in an ITIL environment.  \n\nThis is an ongoing position.
