However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.\nSalary range (but not limited to):\n41,400 - 50,600About the role\nWe’re looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team!\nWhat you’ll do here:\nRespond to incoming calls or emails and provide required information.\nGreet incoming visitors at reception and notify the appropriate person of arrival.\nMaintain and update telephone lists.\nMaintain reception area and nearby boardrooms.\nManage scanning for electronic mail.\nProvide support for mail room and Administrative Assistants when needed.\nOther duties as assigned.\n What you bring to the table:\nCollege diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience\nMinimum two (2) years of administrative experience\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite \nExcellent communication skills\nCan work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced office \nMust be highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills\nNo Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.\nThis position will fill an essential role in our team.We are an equal opportunity employer\nBrokerLink is committed to providing an accessible environment.
