Search for #Travelport on LinkedIn and hear from our amazing team.\nRole Overview\nThe Junior AI Agent Designer - ServiceNow CSM supports the design and improvement of AI-powered customer support experiences within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) platform.\nThis role focuses exclusively on customer-facing AI agents, including Virtual Agent and Now Assist for CSM, helping customers resolve inquiries, track cases, and access relevant information efficiently.\nAs a junior role, this position works under guidance from platform leads, while closely collaborating with UX designers, AI Committee and the CSM Product Owner to ensure AI agent experiences are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with customer experience and company goals.\nKey Responsibilities\nServiceNow CSM AI Agent Support\nAssist in designing and configuring ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Now Assist use cases for CSM\nSupport AI experiences across customer contact channels (portal, chat, webform)\nContribute to agent flows for common customer scenarios (case status, order inquiries, information requests)\nHelp define AI agent boundaries and escalation to human customer support agents\nConversational & Experience Design\nDraft and maintain conversational flows, intents, topics, and response templates\nEnsure AI responses align with approved CSM knowledge, policies, and tone of voice\nCollaborate with UX designers to align AI conversations with end-to-end customer journeys\nImprove clarity, friendliness, and consistency of customer-facing AI interactions\nCollaboration with Platform Team and AI committee to ensure AI Agent solutions are aligned with security standards \nWork closely with UX teams to test and refine AI agent customer experiences\nCollaborate with ServiceNow platform leads to understand technical capabilities and constraints\nSupport the Product Owner by translating CSM requirements into AI agent behaviors and flows\nParticipate in backlog refinement and sprint reviews related to AI features\nTesting & Continuous Improvement\nParticipate in testing AI agent behavior in lower environments\nSupport analysis of basic performance metrics (containment, deflection, failed interactions)\nIdentify recurring customer issues and suggest AI improvements\nDocument use cases, limitations, and learnings\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree (or near completion) in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, UX, Digital Design, or related field\nStrong interest in customer support, digital experience, and AI-driven assistance\nBasic understanding of ServiceNow or willingness to learn the CSM platform\nExcellent written English skills and attention to wording and tone\nAbility to collaborate in structured, cross-functional teams\nPreferred (Desirable)\nExposure to ServiceNow CSM, Virtual Agent, or CSA fundamentals\nInitial experience with chatbots, conversational flows, or customer support tools\nUnderstanding of customer service processes (cases, SLAs, customer journeys)\nInternship or junior experience in digital support, CX, or platform teams\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong communication and content-creation skills\nStructured and customer-centric thinking\nAttention to detail in conversational design\nAbility to follow design standards and governance\nOpenness to feedback and continuous learning\nComfort working with global stakeholders\nDiscover why our teams love working here:\nWe offer a package and benefits that are competitive with hybrid working.\nSearch #lifeattravelport for our employee stories on LinkedIn!\nYour journey at Travelport starts here.\nOur application process is quick, easy, and hassle-free - apply in just a few minutes!\nWe are an equal opportunities employer and will consider all qualified applicants purely on their skills and abilities.
