Schedule is Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm.\nWhat the Role Is\nThe Bulk Liquid Coordinator is responsible for coordinating bulk liquid, import, export, storage, and Harvest Room activities to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant movement of bulk spirits and related materials. This role coordinates bulk customer orders, import tanker and railcar transactions, storage-tank inventory, barrel movements, shipping and customs documentation, and related IFS/BIC transactions while coordinating across Customer Service, Shipping, Harvest Room, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other partners.\nHow You Will Spend Your Time?\nManage bulk liquid and case-goods customer orders, including inventory, barrel movements, documentation, billing support, and issue resolution.\nCoordinate domestic and international bulk shipments by tanker and railcar, working with customers, brokers, freight partners, and internal teams.\nMaintain accurate storage-tank, bulk, and transport inventory records; reconcile transactions and investigate discrepancies.\nCoordinate harvest room and loadout operations, including freight setup, shipment paperwork, and communication with warehouse and production teams.\nPrepare and maintain required regulatory, customs, TTB, and customer documentation and reports.\nUse IFS, BIC, and related systems to process, track, reconcile, and balance transactions across departments.\nProvide backup coverage, cross-train with team members, and support process improvements and departmental training.\nWho You Are…\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or technical field preferred\nMinimum 3 years’ experience coordinating bulk inventory in a manufacturing environment.\nProficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nPrevious experience with bulk inventory management.\nKnowledge of principles and methods for moving bulk consumer goods, including the relative costs and benefits.\nKnowledge of raw material inventory and accounting practices.\nExperience managing bulk liquid, inventory, customer orders, purchase orders, and related billing or transfer documentation.\nKnowledge of domestic and international shipping, import/export processes, customs documentation, and freight coordination.\nAbility to manage routine order, shipment, and inventory exceptions while partnering with Customer Service and operations teams.\nStrong inventory management, transaction reconciliation, and discrepancy-resolution skills.\nExperience coordinating loadouts, warehouse movements, transportation, and shipping documentation such as bills of lading and invoices.\nFamiliarity with regulatory and compliance documentation, including TTB, customs, and safety requirements.\nProficiency using ERP or inventory-management systems; IFS and BIC experience preferred.\nStrong attention to detail, organization, communication, and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities.\nAbility to collaborate across operations, warehouses, customer service, shipping, and external partners.\nExperience supporting process improvements, cross-training, and departmental backup coverage.\nDemonstrated ability to use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to improve efficiency, streamline routine work, identify process improvements, and support better business decisions.\nValued but not Required Experience:\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles.\nPrevious experience in distilled spirits industry.\nAdvanced computer skills, including knowledge of ERP systems such as IFS.\nPhysical Requirements\nWhile performing duties of job, the employee is occasionally required to:\nStand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, and use a computer; reach with hands and arms\nLift and/or move up to 50 pounds\nBenefits\nPaid Vacation\n11 Paid Holidays\nHealth, Dental & Vision eligibility from day one\nFSA/HSA\n401K match\nEAP\nMaternity/Paternity Leave\nHeaven Hill and its affiliates are committed to fostering a diverse workforce as an Equal Employment Opportunity company.
