This role is about leading an incredibly talented group of engineers to think creatively, efficiently and across various domains. Hire, mentor, and grow a world-class engineering team, fostering an environment of technical excellence, ownership, and innovation.\nHands-on Technical Leadership - Provide deep technical guidance, review code, and contribute to architecture and system design decisions.\nDrive Engineering Execution - Ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient software development processes, balancing speed with technical debt management.\nCross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with product, design, and business teams to drive alignment and innovation.\nChampion Engineering Excellence - Implement best practices in code quality, system design, security, and performance optimization.\nOptimize Performance & Scalability - Architect solutions that can handle increasing complexity, high throughput, and low-latency requirements.\nStay Ahead of the Curve -
