Working hand in hand with the team, you make sure our welding process is applied, optimized and continuously improved, from in-house sample builds to series readiness.\nYour Tasks\nOperate, set up and maintain our laser welding equipment\nApply, optimize and further develop welding processes for copper connections, including parameter studies\nPlan and run welding trials and evaluate the results using appropriate analytical and testing methods\nAnalyze process deviations, identify root causes and implement corrective actions\nBuild samples for customer projects with consistent, documented quality\nCreate and maintain process documentation such as parameter sets, work instructions and test results\nContribute to PFMEA and test plans\nWork closely with design, quality and industrialization to make new stator designs weldable from the start\nYour Profile\nCompleted technical training (e.g. laser technician, mechatronics technician, precision mechanic) or a degree in engineering or a related field\n3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial laser welding\nExperience in optimizing welding parameters and solving process issues independently\nIdeally, experience in scanner-based remote welding\nExperience with TRUMPF laser systems, including programming TruControl, VisionLine, OCT and NC programming, is a strong plus\nExperience in welding copper, ideally from hairpin stator, battery, busbar or comparable applications, is a plus\nFamiliarity with automotive quality methods (PFMEA, MSA, control plans) is a plus\nExperience with camera-based quality inspection and inline process monitoring is a plus\nStructured, hands-on way of working and a strong quality mindset, whether from industrial production, prototyping, or hands-on projects like Formula
