# Engineering Manager, Mammography

Job Summary The Engineering Manager, Mammography leads the engineering team behind Mammo Dx, DeepHealth's FDA- and CE-cleared breast cancer detection AI for 2D mammography and 3D tomosynthesis, within the Clinical AI organization that brings together engineering, AI, clinical, and regulatory teams across the US and Europe. The role also acts as Technical Delivery Manager for the team, owning delivery of every release from plan to production. Working with the Mammo product lead, QRC, and US teams, the Engineering Manager, Mammography ensures the right software reaches the right sites on time, with the quality a medical device requires. The role reports to the Software Engineering Manager, Clinical AI Devices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor a team of 3 to 4 engineers; support their technical and professional growth. Set clear goals, run regular 1:1s and performance reviews, and give constructive feedback. Recruit, onboard and retain great engineers. Foster a culture of ownership, quality and continuous improvement. Release & Delivery Management (TDM) Own the Mammo release plan jointly with the product lead: scope, sizing, miles
