This role maintains project plans and milestones, facilitates cross-functional communication across Software Engineering, Product Management, Clinical Specialists, and Client Operations, manages project documentation and action items, and supports readiness activities so projects meet schedule, quality, and operational requirements.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nMaintain and update project plans, timelines, and resource trackers for assigned healthcare IT and clinical AI projects.\n\nMonitor progress against milestones, identify potential delays or bottlenecks, and escalate risks and issues to project leadership.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional go-live readiness activities, including pre-launch requirements, testing checkpoints, and operational readiness criteria.\n\nDraft and distribute clear project status updates and go-live communications to internal teams and external stakeholders.\n\nServe as a central point of contact for project queries and information flow among engineering, clinical, product, and client-facing teams.\n\nSchedule project meetings, prepare agendas and pre-read materials, capture decisions and action items, and follow up with owners through completion.\n\nOrganize and maintain project repositories, templates, agreements, manuals, and reports with current, accessible version control.\n\nSupport dependency tracking across workstreams and help keep delivery aligned to agreed scope and timelines.\n\nApply established PMO processes and tools (for example, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent) to keep status accurate and visible.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of project tracking, documentation, and communication practices.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications, Education and Experience\nBachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (required).\n\n2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or project management, preferably in healthcare, IT, software development, or biotechnology (required).\n\nProficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or equivalent (required).\n\nStrong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required).\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize discussions into concise, actionable summaries (required).\n\nStrong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail when managing multiple overlapping tasks and projects (required).\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively across technical, clinical, and commercial stakeholders (required).\n\nPreferred: CAPM, PMP, or active progress toward a project management credential.\n\nPreferred: Experience in an Agile or Scrum software development environment.\n\nPreferred: Familiarity with healthcare compliance, medical imaging, or clinical workflows.\n\nQuality Standards\nCommunicates, cooperates, and consistently functions professionally and harmoniously with all levels of supervision, co-workers, visitors, and vendors.\n\nDemonstrates initiative, personal awareness, professionalism and integrity, and exercises confidentiality in all areas of performance.\n\nFollows all local, regional and country laws concerning employment.\n\nFollows all DeepHealth policies and procedures.\n\nFollows data privacy, compliance, safety and confidentiality standards at all times.\n\nPractices universal safety precautions.\n\nPromotes good public relations on the phone and in person.\n\nAdapts and is willing to learn new tasks, methods, and systems.\n\nReports to work regularly as scheduled;
