Working within the Delivery and Implementation team, this role gathers customer requirements, manages end-to-end software installations, and provides expert technical support to ensure a seamless customer experience. The Technical Services Engineer collaborates closely with development teams, contributes to the continuous improvement of deployment processes and workflows, and plays a key role in enabling customers to get the most from DeepHealth's clinical AI solutions.\n.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nPrepare, perform, and maintain customer installations of DeepHealth's AI medical imaging software, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure.\n\nGather customer requirements and installation environment details to enable smooth and efficient deployments.\n\nProvide expert technical support to customers and partners, troubleshooting and resolving incidents in a timely and professional manner.\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of the Delivery and Implementation team's workflows, streamlining processes and enhancing the customer experience.\n\nBe adaptable and available to support customers outside of regular working hours; participation in an on-call rotation may be required.\n\nCollaborate with development teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of applications.\n\nDocument system configurations, procedures, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and operational consistency.\n\nStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to platform engineering and medical imaging.\n\nPLEASE NOTE: This is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and requirements of the position described above. Other functions may be assigned and management retains the right to add or change duties at any time.\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications, Education and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required).\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in systems engineering or a similar technical role (required); 5+ years of experience preferred.\nProficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.\nSolid knowledge of Linux, networking, and security.\nExperience with public/private cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Kubernetes, and container orchestration.\nLinux shell scripting and Linux toolchain installation, upgrade, and maintenance.\nExperience troubleshooting Docker containers.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling including Terraform, Ansible, and ArgoCD.\nKnowledge of monitoring platforms and observability tool stacks (GCP/AWS/Azure).\nStrong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.\nProactive approach with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.\nExperience with DICOM standards, networking protocols, and medical imaging workflows strongly preferred, including PACS, RIS, modality integrations, and connectivity troubleshooting.\nFluent in English and Spanish.\nQuality Standards\nCommunicates, cooperates, and consistently functions professionally and harmoniously with all levels of supervision, co-workers, visitors, and vendors.\nDemonstrates initiative, personal awareness, professionalism and integrity, and exercises confidentiality in all areas of performance.\nFollows all local, regional and country laws concerning employment.\nFollows all DeepHealth policies and procedures.\nFollows data privacy, compliance, safety and confidentiality standards at all times.\nPractices universal safety precautions.\nPromotes good public relations on the phone and in person.\nAdapts and is willing to learn new tasks, methods, and systems.\nReports to work regularly as scheduled; consistently punctual with respect to working hours, meal and rest breaks, and maintains satisfactory personal attendance in accordance with DeepHealth guidelines.\nCompletes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner.\nPhysical Demands\nThis position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking.
