Reporting to the Sr. Director of Client Analytics, you will combine hands-on analytics work with client engagement, requiring you to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.\nYou will be responsible for delivering high-quality analytics and insights that drive client value and showcase DeepIntent's differentiation in healthcare advertising measurement. This position requires someone who can manage competing priorities, and serve as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and clients.\nKey Responsibilities:\nClient Analytics & Engagement\nPresent to clients and distill complex data into stories that influence and impact client campaigns\nLead advanced-level analytics work and execution for assigned client accounts\nDevelop high-quality, timely client deliverables that tell compelling data stories\nRun meetings to discuss KPIs, performance trends, and optimization needs with clients\nServe as a consultative and dependable resource and point of contact for client questions\nLead client reporting presentations and internal pod meetings\nComfortably onboard new brands and clients, discuss methodology, and synthesize complex solutions so agency and manufacturer clients\nMeasurement Strategy & Outcomes Delivery\nOwn measurement strategy and design for assigned clients, providing business rules and advisement\nLead DeepIntent Outcomes(™) methodology and client engagement\nEnsure data accuracy and appropriate representation in all deliverables\nDevelop custom reports and reviews aligned to client goals and templates\nProvide actionable insights that demonstrate DeepIntent's value and drive client success\nTranslate business needs into analysis outcomes with clear recommendations\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nAlign with pod leads on client priorities to manage expectations\nDevelop automation and efficiency workflows with AI\nParticipate in internal communications and serve as analytics expert in team settings\nProactively address issues in process and efficiency, bringing solutions to leadership\nRequired Experience:\n4+ years of experience in digital media, advertising, marketing analytics, or similar field\n2+ years experience in health/pharma digital media and measurement\n2+ Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies (SQL, Python, R) \nStrong presentation, communication, and consultative skills\nLive in the NYC / Tri-state area and able to travel for client meetings (approx. 25%)\nPreferred: DSP / programmatic advertising experience\nYou Have:\nStrong leadership capabilities with proven ability to coach and develop team members\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present complex concepts clearly\nOutstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities\nDemonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines\nSolution-oriented mindset with focus on client excellence and satisfaction\nOur Team Values:\nTrust: We rely on one another to deliver with integrity, competence, and care\nEmpowerment: Everyone plays a meaningful role in driving outcomes\nTransparency: We communicate openly and honestly to strengthen alignment\nJoy: We bring energy, humanity, and positivity to our work\nDeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $120,000- $135,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidate's skills, experience and qualifications.
