You will work directly with customers to understand how they operate, identify high-leverage opportunities, and build AI-powered solutions that solve real problems. A big part of the role is using our own platform and internal tooling to turn the product’s capabilities into high-value experiences for customers. This is not a narrow research role or a pure implementation role. This is a role for someone who is curious, resourceful, and is eager to build great solutions on top of the DeepJudge platform.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nOwning customer-specific AI solutions end-to-end, from understanding the problem and shaping the approach to building, deploying, evaluating, and improving the solution over time\n\nBuilding on top of our platform and internal tooling to create reusable AI-powered solutions that generalize across customers and can be relied on by thousands of end users\n\nWorking closely with engineering and ML to improve AI-powered features of the core product and make the platform more intelligent over time\n\nHelping customers and their technical or innovation teams get the most out of the DeepJudge through hands-on collaboration, guidance, tooling, and documentation\n\nEvaluating new LLM models, techniques, and approaches as they emerge, and bringing them into production\n\nProactively spotting opportunities and issues, and coordinating across teams to move important work forward quickly\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nYou have built technically ambitious things that use LLMs, whether in personal or professional projects, through APIs directly, frameworks such as DSPy, LangChain, or LangGraph, or equivalent systems built from scratch\n\nProficiency in Python or JavaScript\n\nYou are an exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, and you build trust quickly with technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nYou are highly customer-oriented, have strong intuition for what creates value, and care deeply about what you ship\n\nYou are a persistent problem-solver who is comfortable in fast-moving environments where you need to figure things out as you go\n\nYou do not need a legal background, but you should be excited to develop real domain expertise over time\n\nWe care much more about your ability, judgment, and potential than about a specific number of years of experience\n\nWhat you can look forward to:\nTaking ownership of meaningful work from day one\n\nBuilding relationships with teams at some of the world’s leading law firms\n\nWorking on novel AI use cases that combine technical depth with real-world impact\n\nBeing part of a team with ambitious goals, autonomy, and room to grow\n\nHaving a real hand in shaping both our product and how customers succeed with it\n\nCompetitive compensation, equity, and meaningful opportunities to grow as we scale\n\nAt DeepJudge, we believe great teams are built on diverse perspectives and experiences.
