If you want to help define how AI transforms professional knowledge work, we’d love to hear from you. \n\nAbout the role:\nDeepJudge is growing quickly, and the way our clients learn the product has to scale with us. We’re hiring our first Senior Manager, Client Enablemen t to build a client enablement program that meets lawyers where they are: live sessions when they matter most, and strong self-serve resources everywhere else. This is a hands-on role with a scaling mandate. You’ll design repeatable training that reduces how much live training each client needs, equip our Customer Success Managers to deliver standard training confidently, and personally lead high-stakes training engagements with our largest clients. Expect your time to split roughly evenly between building the program and delivering training directly. Our users are lawyers, knowledge management professionals, and firm administrators, and they learn best from someone who understands how legal work actually gets done.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nDesigning repeatable, role-based learning paths for DeepJudge users and firm administrators.\n\nDefining what clients learn self-serve, what CSMs deliver, and which engagements you lead directly.\n\nOwning core training courses such as Intro to DeepJudge and Intro to Admin, from scripting through recording and publishing.\n\nWriting and maintaining user guides, quick-reference materials, and help center content.\n\nEquipping and coaching CSMs with scripts, demo flows, and facilitation guides.\n\nPlanning and leading on-site and virtual training days for large and strategic clients.\n\nPartnering with Product and Product Marketing to turn new features into training, and sharing field insights to shape the product.\n\nMeasuring the impact of training on user adoption.\n\nYou’re a great fit if you:\nHave 5-10 years of experience in client education, training, or enablement in the legal or legal tech industry\n\nBring legal experience, ideally as a former practicing attorney or in an enablement or customer education role at a legal technology company.\n\nHave built a training program from the ground up, not just delivered one, including resources that scale beyond live sessions.\n\nKnow how to measure whether training works and can point to its impact on adoption.\n\nAre hands-on with content: scripting, recording and editing video, and writing clear documentation.\n\nPresent with confidence and credibility to partners, senior lawyers, and firm leadership.\n\nThrive building from scratch in a fast-moving company.\n\nAre based in the US Eastern Time zone (New York City area preferred) and can travel up to 40%.\n\nWhat you can look forward to:\nBeing the first dedicated client enablement hire and building the program your way.\n\nWorking directly with many of the world’s leading law firms and legal teams.\n\nShaping how lawyers adopt AI-powered knowledge tools.\n\nClose collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and legal engineers across our global team.\n\nA clear path to team leadership as the program and business grow.\n\nCompetitive base salary plus equity.\n\nCompensation is determined based on role level, location, skills, and experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The expected compensation range is $140,000 OTE and $175,000 OTE. Eligible employees may also receive incentives and benefits as part of the total compensation package including equity.
