The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in IAM architecture, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), lifecycle management, and enterprise integrations while providing technical leadership across complex IAM transformation initiatives.\nThe candidate will collaborate with enterprise architects, security teams, infrastructure teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and governance-driven IAM solutions aligned with cybersecurity best practices and regulatory requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Architecture\nDesign end-to-end IAM architecture using SailPoint IdentityIQ. \nDevelop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation. \nDefine IAM target architecture, integration patterns, and implementation roadmaps. \nReview and approve IAM technical designs and solution proposals. \nLead architecture governance and design review sessions. \nIdentity Governance\nDesign Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes. \nDesign Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models and role engineering strategies. \nImplement governance controls including: \nAccess Certification \nAccess Requests \nPolicy Management \nSegregation of Duties (SoD) , RBAC\nBirthright Access \nDelegated Administration \nDesign Identity Governance operating models. \nSailPoint Solution Leadership\nLead SailPoint IIQ implementation and enhancement projects. \nDefine application onboarding strategies. \nDesign connector architecture for enterprise applications. \nLead performance optimization and scalability planning. \nReview SailPoint customizations and integrations. \nIntegration & Security\nArchitect integrations with: \nActive Directory & Exchange \nSAP \nOracle \nServiceNow \nin-house applications\nREST/SOAP APIs \nLDAP \nHR Systems \nDesign secure authentication and federation architectures using: \nSAML \nOAuth2 \nOpenID Connect \nSCIM\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. \n7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management. \n3+ years designing enterprise IAM and Zero Trust Architecture.\nExtensive experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. \nStrong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration. \nExperience designing enterprise IAM solutions. \nStrong documentation and presentation skills.\nPreferred Certifications\nSailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer/Architect ,CISSP ,TOGAF ,
