1.负责SLAM算法的研发与优化，实现机器人在复杂环境中的高精度定位与地图构建。

2.开展多传感器融合技术研究，提升系统在动态、低特征等挑战性场景下的稳定性与鲁棒性。

3. 推进SLAM算法在实际机器人平台上的工程化溶地，保障系统的实时性与可靠性。

4.跟踪前沿技术发展，探索几何方法与深度学习相结合的新型SLAM解决方案。

任职要求 / Requirements

任职要求：

1.具备扎实的SLAM理论基础，熟悉主流激光与视觉SLAM框架的原理与实现机制。

2.熟练掌握C++编程，具备良好的算法实现与系统调试能力。

3. 熟悉ROS/ROS2开发环境，有实际机器人系统集成经验者优先。

4.具备良好的科研能力与团队协作意识，能够独立推进技术问题的解决。
