质检域数据实现自动特征提取、规则匹配与分流路由，将数据自动分类到必过集/回归集/功能测试集，替代人工逐条筛选\n建立测试数据血缘体系，为每条 case 挂载完整元数据（来源、产生条件、问题归因、分流信息、仿真结果），实现全链路可追溯\n实施数据集版本管理，设计快照式版本机制（不复制数据，只管 case_id 列表），支持版本创建、对比、回滚\n开发数据集健康度分析引擎，基于 7 个维度（模块/场景/园区/等级/算法版本/时效性/可复现性）计算覆盖性与健康度，自动输出缺口建议与去劣存优依据\n搭建数据看板与报表，为发版流程提供头部问题可视化、收敛趋势分析、数据集健康度报告等数据支撑\n任职要求 / Requirements\n任职要求\n3 年以上 Python 后端开发经验，能独立设计和开发可维护的后端服务（非脚本级别）\n精通 PostgreSQL，有表结构设计、查询优化、JSONB 使用经验\n有数据 pipeline 开发经验（ETL 流程、定时任务调度、数据清洗与入库）\n熟悉 RESTful API 设计与开发（Flask / FastAPI / Django 等）\n熟练使用 pandas / NumPy 进行数据分析与统计\n熟悉 Git 版本控制，有良好的代码工程化习惯（测试、文档、模块化）\n熟练使用
