Communicate clearly with customers throughout the support lifecycle, as well as escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.\nUpdating customer-facing documentation as gaps are identified through support work.\nImproving processes through automation and AI Agents. Partner with engineering teams to improve product reliability, reduce recurring issues and close feedback loops faster.
