RIGHT NOW.\nDue to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:\nPython Software Engineer - IT Payroll Integrations\nPoznań, Poland\nYour responsibilities:\nDesign and implement solutions to support our payroll systems that adhere to technical standards.\nDrive integration and software development activities around ADP Global View and SuccessFactors.\nParticipate in and lead code reviews.\nResolve system issues through analysis and its impact on hardware and software.\nParticipate in discussions with the Scrum teams to develop technical solutions to satisfy business requirements related to HR/Payroll using SAP HCM technology. \nSupport and guide our business partners in finding and implementing the E2E integration setup between SuccessFactors and ADP Global View Payroll. \nConfigure and test SaaS system extensions as well as internally developed programs and integrations. \nEvaluate and implement solutions to improve cost, quality, and performance of software applications. \nFollow Deere Agile methodology for development and documentation. \nCollaborate with relevant stakeholders and team members to ensure that features meet business needs. \nOur requirements:\n4+ years’ experience with integration technologies such as Python, CPI, GitHub, AWS tools, Databricks, container etc. \nExperience in design, integration, development and testing mid-complex software solutions. \nDevelop, code, configure, and test SaaS system extensions as well as internally developed programs and integrations.\nGood understanding of application development, databases like EDL, data management and infrastructure capabilities. \nAbility to apply engineering principles and concepts for designs. \nGood understanding in HR/LR, Time- and Payroll processes. \nGood inter-personal and communication skills in English. \nOpenness to work with global Product teams. \nNice to have:\nWorking knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors global platform.\nProven experience in integration between SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and non-SAP Applications. \nStrong Interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. \nExperience collaborating with multiple business stakeholders to provide information technology solutions. \nExperience configuring and implementing system execution/quality monitoring tools. \nProven experience in adapting to the change management principles like Lean Service management. \nBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in a related career field. \nWhat we offer:\nEmployment contract. \nStrong support for work-life balance, including flexible working hours (start time between 7:00 and 10:00 AM) and a hybrid work model at Business Garden in Poznan.\nOpportunities for professional development within the company, with strong support for internal career growth.\nEmployee referral program.\nAdditional vacation days based on length of employment.\nHoliday allowance when taking at least 2 weeks off. \nDaily use of a foreign language in a friendly international working environment.\nPrivate medical care, life insurance, a sports card, meal allowance, language courses, a social fund budget, and various additional fun events in our office.\nFree access to our e-learning platform, featuring over 1,000 courses, including offerings from LinkedIn Learning and Coursera. \nPlease attach an English version of your CV.\nJohn Deere is an equal opportunity employer.
