RIGHT NOW.\nDue to the development of John Deere Business Service Center in Poznań, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:\nSAP / IT Finance Software Engineer (ABAP)\nPoznań, Poland\nWe are looking for a software engineer to help design, build, and evolve business-critical applications supporting John Deere's global Finance organization. This role is especially relevant for people with experience in SAP ABAP development, enterprise applications, integrations, business process automation, or SAP Finance platforms. You will work closely with Product Managers, IT Analysts, Architects, and business stakeholders to deliver capabilities that improve operational efficiency, data quality, and financial processes at global scale.\nYour responsibilities:\nBuild and enhance applications supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reporting, and enterprise integrations. \nDesign, develop, test, and deploy ABAP-based enhancements, interfaces, automations, reports, and technical components. \nPartner with Product Managers, IT Analysts, Architects, and business teams to translate requirements into reliable and maintainable technology solutions. \nContribute to modernization initiatives involving S/4HANA, SAP BTP, cloud integrations, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities. \nOur requirements:\n4+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting applications using SAP ABAP. \nAbility to understand business requirements and transform them into technical designs and implementations. \nStrong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. \nEffective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional and international teams. \nNice to have:\nUnderstanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, reporting, or other financial processes.\n\nExposure to S/4HANA, CDS Views, OData, Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, APIs, IDocs, RFCs, or Integration Suite.\n\nExperience working in Agile product teams alongside analysts, architects, and business stakeholders.\n\nExperience with automation, DevOps practices, application lifecycle management, mentoring, or technical leadership.\n\nWhy consider this role:\nYou will join John Deere IT Finance, where technology, business processes, integrations, and emerging capabilities come together to support critical operations around the world.
