RIGHT NOW.\nDue to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:\nSoftware Engineer - AI Solutions\nPoznań, Poland\nYour responsibilities:\nWorks closely and sometimes leads scrum teams and digital product owners to analyze business needs to define and refine software requirements.\nUnderstanding requirements, apply system development methodology to identify, analyze, design, build, configure, test, and deploy solutions of high complexity.\nStrong understanding of software development to draw out specifications for integrated solutions.\nDrives collaboration across teams and business stakeholders across products.\nFollows Agile/Scrum software methodology for software development.\nMaintains and creates system documentation.\nProvides production support for the products including all integrations and customizations.\nAbility to learn and teach the latest and legacy tech stack as per enterprise guidelines and product needs. \nOur requirements:\n3+ years of full stack hand-on experience in in Python, JavaScript, React, etc. \n3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools, particularly GitHub.\nDemonstrated experience with LLM concepts: Prompt engineering, API-based model usage, Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) basics.\nDemonstrated Experience working with APIs, databases, and modern backend systems.\nFamiliarity with agentic coding and experience using agentic coding tools.\nStrong communication skills and a product-oriented mindset.\nNice to have:\nHands on experience with AI agents or A2A frameworks.\nExperience in multi-modal full stack multi-agent applications.\nComfortable operating in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements.\nStrong curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.\nWhat we offer:\nEmployment contract. \nStrong support for work-life balance, including flexible working hours (start time between 7:00 and 10:00 AM) and a hybrid work model at Business Garden in Poznań.\nOpportunities for professional development within the company, with strong support for internal career growth.\nEmployee referral program.\nAdditional vacation days based on length of employment.\nHoliday allowance when taking at least 2 weeks off.\nDaily use of a foreign language in a friendly international working environment.\nPrivate medical care, life insurance, sports card, meal allowance, language courses, a social fund budget, and various additional fun events in our office.\nFree access to our e-learning platform, featuring over 1,000 courses. \nPlease attach an English version of your CV.
