RIGHT NOW.\nDue to the development of John Deere Business Service Center in Poznań, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:\nSolution Architect\nPoznań, Poland\nYour responsibilities:\nLead the design of modern Finance solutions and future-state architectures that drive business transformation, reduce complexity, and enable scalable, secure, and intelligent digital capabilities. \nLead architecture decisions, define solution patterns and technology standards, and create roadmaps that align business and technology strategy. \nEvaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to create value through AI, data, automation, and modernization. \nWork hands-on with proofs of concept, technology evaluations, and architecture experiments to validate new capabilities. \nPartner with business stakeholders to simplify processes, modernize platforms, and improve business outcomes. \nCollaborate with engineers, product teams, and architects to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions. \nSupport delivery teams through implementation, helping solve complex technical challenges and ensuring solution success. \nShare technical knowledge, mentor team members, and help teams adopt architecture best practices. \nOur requirements:\n5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Integration Suite, and related SAP technologies supporting Finance business capabilities. \nStrong understanding of solution architecture, integration patterns, APIs, cloud technologies, data platforms, and enterprise application ecosystems. \nExperience creating technology roadmaps, defining future-state architectures, and guiding technology decisions that balance business value, scalability, security, maintainability, and cost. \nHands-on experience developing proofs of concept, troubleshooting complex technical challenges, and working alongside engineering teams to validate and implement solution designs. \nExperience applying architecture governance practices, including architecture modeling and technical decision records (TDRs). \nAbility to translate business objectives into practical technical solutions and influence decisions across business and technology teams. \nStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. \nNice to have:\nKnowledge of AI-enabled solutions, automation technologies, and emerging technology trends. \nFull-stack troubleshooting and analysis experience within complex enterprise environments. \nExperience working in Agile delivery models and partnering closely with product and engineering teams. \nPlease attach an English version of your CV.\nJohn Deere is an equal opportunity employer.
