May involve occasional work in production areas, which can include exposure to coolant, dust, mist, elevated noise levels, and fluctuating temperatures.\n\nACCOUNTABILITIES\nRespond to basic user inquiries via phone, email, and work order system.\nAssist with installation, configuration, and usability of computers, software, printers, and other devices under supervision.\nSupport users with printing issues, including connecting and troubleshooting laser printers, copiers, and label printers.\nHelp with network cabling tasks such as running, labeling, or terminating cables (with guidance).\nPerform simple hands-on fixes such as installing updates, replacing peripherals, and setting up new workstations.\nTroubleshoot routine hardware and software issues in person or remotely, escalating to IT Support Technicians as needed.\nUpdate and maintain documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.\nAssist with inventory tracking, equipment organization, and general IT operational tasks.\nSupport IT team members with project-related work and process improvements.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related program.\nPrior technical support experience is helpful but not required.\nExposure to a manufacturing environment is a plus.\nBasic understanding of user profiles and how they affect login behavior.\nFoundational knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems.\nInterest in PC hardware, including building or repairing desktops (memory, drives, network cards, etc. -
