As part of our Finance department, you will be involved in day-to-day accounting operations and the monthly closings, working closely with the Senior General Accountant.\nYou will assist the team in the following areas:\nDaily accounting: assist with daily accounting entries and the upkeep of supporting documentation and working papers\n\nMonthly closings: assist with the closing tasks of each period, in line with the closing calendar\n\nTreasury management: perform bank reconciliations regularly and monitor treasury operations\n\nTax and audit support: assist with VAT reconciliations and submissions\n\nContinuous improvement: support the documentation and optimization of accounting processes, apply internal control procedures\n\nThis is a 6-month internship based in Paris, mandatory.\nQualifications\nThis role is excellent for a person:\nEnrolled in a Master's degree specialized in Accounting, Finance, or Audit\n\nWho speaks French fluently, with a good level of English (written and spoken)\n\nFor whom Excel is second nature; experience with Sage or another ERP/accounting tool is a strong plus\n\nWho demonstrates rigor, autonomy, and a genuine ability to manage priorities and deadlines\n\nWho is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team\n\nFirst experience in an accounting or finance role (internship or apprenticeship), helpful but not mandatory\nAt Deezer, diversity drives innovation.
