Apply now and do your part in bringing extraordinary music experiences to people’s lives!\n**Join Us**\nJob Description\nPosition based in Paris office\nWithin a pool of Executive Assistants (EA) and reporting to Marine, EA of Alexis Lanternier, our CEO, your missions will be:\nWhat you will do:\nOrganize complex meetings / cross-division meetings & projects\n\nOrganize internal & external events (Global Townhall, divisions Townhall, Leadership Team, Kids Day with WorkPlace)\n\nParticipate in Projects: logistics for offsites, major industry events & complex travels (incl. complex visa requests)\n\nAd hoc requests (for example purchase orders requests)\n\nClosely collaborate with the other EA through a Ticket solution, plus WorkPlace & IT teams\n\nQualifications\nThis role is excellent for a person with:\n3 years of experience (min) as an EA, preferably within an international company\n\nBilingual French & English is essential\n\nGreat scheduling, reporting, travel logistics, project and time management skills\n\nAn autonomous self-starter, proactive and trustworthy team player with a sense of humor & great communication skills\n\nPatience, diligence, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to work within a fast-changing environment\n\nAt Deezer, diversity drives innovation.
