This individual will work a hybrid schedule out of the Richfield, OH office.\nNational Interstate’s culture is built on connection, shared learning, and strong relationships. To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on-site a minimum of two days a week, with the potential to work three days remotely. Core in-office days are Tuesday and Wednesday but will be determined by business needs.\nEssential Job Functions and Responsibilities\nAssists in developing IT project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.\n\nEnsures all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.\n\nCommunicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and promptly.\n\nSupports the identification and management of project risks and issues, assisting with developing risk mitigation strategies\n\nand contingency plans.\n\nCollaborates with project team members to encourage positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks.\n\nAids in ensuring projects are delivered with high quality and meet the company's standards and customer expectations.\n\nTracks project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. May assist in making recommendations for best practices and introducing new techniques/tools to the project management team. Develops business knowledge and the ability to\nidentify and define business needs including an understanding of the organization's business and technology operations. Demonstrates a\ncustomer focus by being responsive, consultative, collaborative and accurate in work approach.
