Actively identifies opportunities for process improvement and streamlining faster payment providers.\nInvestigates, troubleshoots, and resolves payment discrepancies, transaction denials, exceptions, and reversal request. Handles inquiries from employees, members, vendors, and other financial institutions.\nContributes to daily operations, provides insight for business updates to department management, and coordinates with key stakeholders in the organization.\nReviews daily voucher, daily report download, and settlement to ensure accuracy in the payment posting.\nPerforms other job-related duties as assigned.\nExperience:\nMinimum 3 years Member/customer service experience with the financial institution. Required\nMinimum 3 years Knowledge of basic compliance and banking regulations. Required\nMinimum 3 years Knowledge of operating rules in regards to RTP, FedNow, and Stablecoin. Preferred\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required\nAssociates Degree in computer science, business administration, or related field. Preferred\nCertification/License Accredited Faster Payments Professional (AFPP) or Faster Payment Professional (FPP) certification. If not currently held, the ability to obtain within a 2 year time frame. Required\nCertification/License Accredited Payment Risk Professional (APRP) certification.
