The Salesforce Administrator works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, implement best practices, and provide training and support for ORNL Federal Credit Union.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities:\nManages and configures Salesforce settings, objects, fields, workflows, process automation, page layouts, and record types.\nCreates and maintains user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure proper access and security.\nOversees data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication to maintain data accuracy and integrity.\nDesigns and maintains custom reports and dashboards to provide insights for decision-making.\nAddresses user issues, resolves bugs, and provides ongoing support for the Salesforce platform.\nDevelops and optimizes automation solutions, such as Flows and Process Builder, to streamline business operations.\nTrains end-users, creates training materials, and maintains system documentation to ensure effective platform use.\nStays updated on Salesforce releases and recommends new features or updates to enhance functionality.\nEnsures compliance with data security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.\nPerforms other job related duties as assigned.\nExperience:\nMinimum 5 years designing and implementing Salesforce platform solutions and complex flows is required.\nKnowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules.
